B. James Fitzpatrick
Attorney B. James Fitzpatrick is of counsel to Matthews & Associates. He works on the firm’s chlorpyrifos pesticide lawsuits.
A native Californian, Mr. Fitzpatrick attended the University of California at Santa Barbara. He received his undergraduate degree in history in 1983. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara School of Law in 1986.
Mr. Fitzpatrick has worked for more than fifteen years as a trial lawyer. He has often served as a mediator and arbitrator for litigation pending in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. He has also represented clients’ claims before the Equal Opportunity Commission and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Mr. Fitzpatrick’s clients include both private citizens and Fortune 500 companies. His diverse practice involves many areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on employment and personal injury matters.
